Ticker: Scripps News Reveals New Streaming Schedule As 24/7 Channel Goes Dark

Plus, Fox News saw a big Election Night bump on YouTube

Top of the Ticker: Scripps News announced its new streaming schedule as the 24/7 news network sunsets tonight. Beginning Nov. 18, the outlet will offer live weekday programming between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET on its streaming platforms. Outside of those hours, Scripps will air select major events and breaking news live in primetime, supported by its remaining Washington, D.C.-based team.

The shift from linear to streaming resulted in the loss of 200 jobs, with president of news Kate O’Brian among those affected.
