Why Disney+ Is Offering Global Holiday Sponsorship for the First Time

A Disney survey found that 89% of viewers have a positive opinion of holiday ads.

Disney is preparing to be a worldwide destination for brands this season, rolling out its first global Disney+ holiday sponsorship offering. 

For the first time, Disney Advertising is now offering holiday sponsorships on Disney+ across North America, EMEA, and Latin America. The expansion follows Disney+’s holiday package, which was new to the market last year, and takes advantage of Disney’s expanding streaming reach.

“What we try to do is grant access to Disney+—and the holidays are the perfect time not only for consumers but for our many, many brand partners who have been with us for a long time across the holiday seasons but now are looking to reach that very unique and important streaming audience,” John Campbell, svp of entertainment and streaming solutions for Disney Advertising, told ADWEEK.
