The days of going to bed on election night in the U.S. and knowing who the next president would be ended a few elections ago, and Google is taking steps to ensure that its platforms are not used to influence the activities that occur after the polls close.
Google said in an email to its advertising partners, obtained by Axios, that all U.S. election ads or ads that refer to U.S. elections, their outcomes, or their processes will not be served to people in the U.S.
