Amazon Web Services (AWS) has named former SAP chief marketing and solutions officer Julia White as its new chief marketing officer (CMO).

White will succeed Raejeanne Skillern, who is leaving to devote more time to her family and her board member roles.

White left SAP in August after three-and-a-half years with the company. Prior to that, she spent nearly 20 years at Microsoft, rising to corporate vp for its Azure cloud computing division.
