Lu Zhang, PhD, is an associate professor in the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, where she teaches information technology and business strategy courses in the School of Hospitality Business. Her research mainly focuses on information technology and consumer behavior, with key areas of interest including online customer reviews, social media influencers, and consumer experience with emerging technologies. Her work has been published in Journal of Service Management, Journal of Business Research, and International Journal of Hospitality Management. She is also the Associate Editor of Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology. She is a recipient of various research awards, including the 2019 Robert Johnston Award presented by Journal of Service Management.
